We do worldwide international shipping, it include Free tracking service on all orders. Shipping rate is automatically calculated base on product weight of your cart, it will be reflicted on payment page.

Delivery will take 6 to 15 working days after fulfillment. Please note that it excludes public holidays, weekends and customs delays which is out of our courier services control.
*DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) - Import Tax can be charged to customer by local regulation.

A. We use various couriers which are more affordable and fastest for each country.
 
Q. Can i track my order?
A. Yes. Once we have arrange delivery, we will send you shipment tracking number with link, you will get a separate e-mail from us.
 
Q. I am not comfortable with online shopping. Do you have physical store?

[Exchange & Refund Policy]
  * Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable unless goods are 
1) Damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects or 
2) goods delivered are incorrect.  

  * As Frontiera Products are handmade, products may different in length, finishing, pattern and size. Items are not refundable due to minor variance in design specifications, and also hygiene reason. Actual product may vary from images due to photoshoot lighting conditions and screen settings.

  * Please contact us within 48 hours of received the item should there be a defect found for exchange.

  * Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging of plastic bag with Seal or with packaging box if applicateble.
