We use various couriers which are more affordable and fastest for each country.
* Can i track my order? Yes. Once we have arrange delivery, we will send you shipment tracking number with link, you will get a separate e-mail from us.
* I am not comfortable with online shopping. Do you have physical store?

Also, these transit times do not include customs clearance processing times, and the updates for the parcels’ status can take time after departure at our warehouse because of the processing time at Customs of the destination country.

[Exchange & Refund Policy]
  * Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable unless goods are 
1) Damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects or 
2) goods delivered are incorrect.  

  * As Frontiera Products are handmade, products may different in length, finishing, pattern and size. Items are not refundable due to minor variance in design specifications, and also hygiene reason. Actual product may vary from images due to photoshoot lighting conditions and screen settings.

  * Please contact us within 24 hours of purchasing the item should there be a defect found for exchange.

  * Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging of plastic bag with Seal or with packaging box if applicateble.
