[Exchange & Refund Policy]
Cancellation Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it is marked as "ready to ship" due to a change of mind, there will be a refund after deducting a credit card transaction fee. The fee is calculated as: (Order Amount×3.6%)+0.5 cents+9% Gst
Refund and Exchange Policy: Goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless:
- They are damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects, or
- The wrong goods were delivered.

Product Variations: Since Frontiera products are handmade, there may be differences in length, finish, pattern, and size. These variations do not qualify for a refund. Also, due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Image Variations: The actual product may differ slightly from images due to photo shoot lighting conditions or screen settings.
Defective Item Exchange: If you find a defect in the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request an exchange.
Condition for Exchange: The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging, including the plastic bag with seal or packaging box, if applicable.
