Worldwide Shipping: We offer worldwide international shipping and include free tracking service on all orders.

Shipping Rate: The shipping rate is automatically calculated based on the product weight of your cart and will be reflected on the payment page.

 

 DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), Import taxes may be charged by your local customs authority, in accordance with local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to the customer's refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, or due to an incomplete/incorrect delivery address, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Any return shipping costs incurred will also be deducted from the refund amount.

[Exchange & Refund Policy]

Cancellation Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it is marked as "ready to ship" due to a change of mind, there will be a refund after deducting a credit card transaction fee. The fee is calculated as: ((Order Amount × 3.6%) + 0.5 cents + 9% Gst)

Refund and Exchange Policy: Goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless:

  • They are damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects, or
  • The wrong goods were delivered.
  • Require video of opening parcel & pictures

Product Variations: Since Frontiera products are handmade, there may be differences in length, finish, pattern, and size. These variations do not qualify for a refund. Also, due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Image Variations: The actual product may differ slightly from images due to photo shoot lighting conditions or screen settings.

Defective Item Exchange: If you find a defect in the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request an exchange.

Condition for Exchange: The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging, including the plastic bag with seal or packaging box, if applicable.

 

For International Orders

 Cancellation Before Shipping: If you cancel an international order before it is marked as "ready to ship," a refund will be issued after deducting the following fees:

* Credit card transaction fee: (Order Amount × 4.9%) + 0.5 cents + 9% GST

* Currency conversion fee charged by the payment processor at the time of the original transaction

Please note that exchange rates fluctuate and the converted refund amount may differ slightly from the original payment amount due to currency conversion.
