Collection: Bangjja Yugi

Bangjja Yugi [Bronzeware]

What separates Korean Yugi (also known as Bangjja) from other brozenware is the alloy ratio between copper and tin. Yugi uses an exact ratio of 78% copper and 22% tin. This 22% ratio of tin is much higher than other brozenware, which is typically at a 1/9 ratio.

Because of this difference, Yugi bowls, plates and cutlery have a beautiful, natural golden sheen that gets brighter over time (usage) - as well as self-sterilizing properties!
