Product CareLa Rochère glass is durable and dishwasher safe. While it is microwave safe, we recommend avoiding microwave use to preserve the longevity and clarity of the glassware. For best results, please follow the care instructions below. Glass is sensitive to water hardness and may react depending on the type of water used. Hard water: Whitish sediment may build up on the glass. Soft or acidic water (pH < 6): May etch the surface of the glass over time, causing it to become slightly bluish and cloudy. To prevent this, we recommend hand-washing the glasses and avoiding prolonged soaking in water.

Is your glassware microwave safe?
Yes, but for reheating only. We recommend limiting microwave use to a maximum of 60 seconds.
What is the best way to remove grease or fingerprints?
Gently rub the surface with a soft cloth dampened with white vinegar.
What is the best way to clean the bottom of a glass or carafe?
Use a bottle brush, or pour white vinegar into the glass or carafe and add uncooked rice. Shake vigorously, then empty and rinse with warm water.
What do you recommend to remove sediments at the bottom of a glass/carafe?
Add a spoonful of rock salt and hot (but not boiling) water mixed with white vinegar into the glass. Shake vigorously to remove the stains. Leave the mixture overnight for best results. Alternatively, salted lemon juice can also be used.
What should i do if glasses are stuck together?
Pour cold water or place an ice cube into the top glass, then immerse the bottom glass in hot (but not boiling) water.
